One of Scotland's most famous castles is set to be transformed into an immersive light experience this festive period. Early Bird tickets have been released for Edinburgh Castle's ‘Castle of Light’ event.
The iconic landmark in the capital is set to become a ‘Kingdom of Colours’ that will tell a story of Scotland’s past that the whole family will be able to enjoy. State-of-the-art light projections will transform the historic structure and tell the story of the nation’s history with never before seen light displays and spectacular sounds.
The event will also see the return of mascot Rex, the lion rampant, who will act as a guide taking guests around on the 60-minute walking tour that is sure to brighten up the darker winter months.
