An Edinburgh bar manager was left feeling "dreadful" after a bit of friendly banter resulted in a customer walking out of their pub feeling "upset."
After visiting The Last Drop, in the Grassmarket, a customer took to TripAdvisor to leave a negative review based on their experience which resulted in her leaving with her boyfriend without being served.
The woman said she was made to feel "embarrassed" after a senior member of staff stopped them in their tracks as they attempted to order a drink in the dining area. She said they were "mocked" for being in the wrong area and the member of staff made a huge deal out of it by involving people sat at nearby tables.
