Dishes such as grass jelly and strawberry allow the diner to choose the level of sugar that they want within their dessert.
Their black glutinous rice is served hot and looks like an Asian take on the more familiar rice pudding many of us will have devoured as kids.
A more peculiar dish is their Hong Kong curry fish ball which is said to be a classic street food snack that boasts a delicious, spicy and fragrant curry sauce.
There are also a selection of drinks on offer from a selection of matcha lattes and a number of bubble teas.
Ricky Chu, from the restaurant, said: “Bubble Fresh Cafe provides authentic Asian dessert bowls, and different kinds of bubble tea.
“We make these with fresh mango, strawberry, and taro with Korean style latte, which is tasty and fresh.
“The café is cosy and the staff are friendly. We believe it's worth a visit to spend time with friends and enjoy a new dessert experience.”
