Staff at an All Bar One in Edinburgh admitted they 'would love a chance to make amends' after customer fumed about their 'mediocre' food, leaving them 'ripped off'.
The diner did not hold back when leaving feedback about the recent experience on TripAdvisor, in which they claimed their pasta dish came 'swimming in oil'.
They also slammed the lack of prawns and chorizo in the meal as they rated their visit to the Lothian Road bar a lowly two our of five stars.

In spite of their anger, the customer did however take time to praise the All Bar One Exchange Plaza staff as 'great'.
In response, the venue's general manager said they want to 'turn around their experience in the future'.
The scolding review said: "Staff were great. Really friendly and super helpful.
"Ordered the King Prawn, Chorizo and Chilli pasta. The dish came swimming in oil. The portion size was small.
"Very few prawns or chorizo was evident. It didn't pack flavour and was really disappointing.
"Left me feeling ripped off."
All Bar One's response read: "We regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us.
"We would love for a chance to make amends and turn your experience around in the future."
From over 400 reviews, this particular All Bar One branch scores a favourable average rating of 4 out of 5 stars on the travel review website.
