Edinburgh Airport welcomes new Flybe flights to Belfast two years after collapse

Edinburgh Airport is welcoming new flights from Flybe to Belfast, Northern Ireland.

This comes two years after Flybe went into administration but in 2021 and then launched in 2022 as Flybe Ltd. Flybe's fleet of 32 jets connects the UK and Europe with affordable flights.

Flybe’s inaugural flight from Edinburgh Airport took off today, June 23, bound for Belfast City Airport, marking the beginning of up to three daily flights between Edinburgh and Belfast City Airport. This further adds to the airline’s offering in Scotland having commenced flights from Glasgow Airport in April.
