Former Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has been told he is part of the picture for the foreseeable future at Real Madrid under Carlo Ancelotti. The Belgium international has struggled to gain consistent playing time with Los Blancos since making his big-money move from Stamford Bridge.
In 352 appearances for the Blues, Hazard managed over 200 goal involvements and was a consistent threat from the wide areas. The side haven't quite been able to replace the 31-year-old since, with those that followed him yet to have the same sort of impact on a consistent basis.
His time at Real Madrid has been far from a dream transfer though, featuring just 72 times in all competitions in three-and-a-half-years with them. It has led to plenty of links over a potential return to west London, with some claims that a loan move would be possible in the past year.

It would see Chelsea repeat a trick similar to that of their London rivals Tottenham, who had sold winger Gareth Bale to Real only to loan him back years later. The Welshman managed to impress too, finding some of his best form for the Lilywhites in the Premier League once again.
However, any repeat of that seems unlikely heading into January after Ancelotti's recent admission on Hazard's future, saying: "I see him well. He has trained well. I see him better than before the World Cup, it's true. I'm sure that with all the games we have ahead of us, Hazard is going to be important."
It remains to be seen if that move becomes available in the coming windows, but it appears as though a deal for the January market is unlikely.
