Eddie Howe says that Newcastle United may have to accept teams will come to St James’ Park and park the bus.
Leeds got men behind the ball and eked out a point in soaking conditions to earn a goalless draw on New Year's Eve. But Howe feels teams will now try to shut shop more due to the Magpies’ lofty status.
Howe said: “Yes I think that's a valid point. I think Leeds have a style of playing, I don't think they've changed too much.

“We knew their threat, we knew how they would line up, it wasn't a surprise and we had our plan to break that down.”
For all that Howe felt his players coped well with Leeds’ defensive tactics.
He said: “At times we executed it well, at other times we didn't. The pleasing thing from our perspective is that the chances were there and we haven't had a shot that's caused us concern at the other end.
“If we played that game again, I'd expect us to win quite comfortably.”
