Ed Sheeran’s North and South America tour has been thrown into turmoil after four supporting acts abruptly pulled out in solidarity with rapper Macklemore, who was dropped from the tour after making pro-Palestinian comments onstage.
Hours after Sheeran posted on social media on Tuesday about Macklemore’s removal and said the decision was made by the tour’s promoters, Irish acts Aaron Rowe and Beoga, Danish band Lukas Graham and Finneas announced on Instagram that they were leaving the tour.
