Ed Sheeran gigs put Munster under pressure over hosting rescheduled Leinster clash

Munster Leinster Ed Sheeran Thomond Park URC Edinburgh Glasgow Warriors

Munster say they will do "everything possible" to play their rescheduled home URC clash with Leinster at Thomond Park at the end of May.

URC chiefs have confirmed the rescheduling of five fixtures involving Irish and Scottish derbies that were postponed over the festive period due to Covid-19 cases.

With Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh originally due to play Leinster and Munster in round 18, those games will now be played on February 11 to allow the Edinburgh v Glasgow Warriors and Munster v Leinster games to take place on the final weekend of the regular season on the weekend of May 20/21/22.
