On Monday, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) issued an unequivocal apology to individuals who experienced discrimination within the game, following the release of a report by the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket (ICEC).
The report uncovered instances of racism throughout the sport and highlighted the cricket board's shortcomings in addressing systemic issues of racism, sexism, and discrimination based on social class.
