Eberechi Eze has admitted Crystal Palace have been through a difficult time in the Premier League.

Eze scored both goals as Palace moved nine points clear of Nottingham Forest in 18th - who play Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.

The victory is the club's third in a row, all coming since Roy Hodgson took charge in the previous international break, and with seven games remaining Premier League safety looks like a real possibility.
