EasyJet has launched the sale of its winter schedule for 2027 and flight fares start from just £24.99.

More than 12 million seats across almost 70,000 flights are now available for forward-thinking travellers to secure next year's winter getaway.

The released easyJet flights – for travel between 1 February and 21 March 2027 – depart for 140 destinations from 22 UK airports.

Winter sun favourites, including the Canary Islands, Egypt, Morocco, Spain and Tunisia, are among the featured journeys as part of the budget airline’s “Big Seat Release”.

February half-term city breaks and ski holidays are also on sale now.

EasyJet Holidays is also offering free kids’ places across a selection of their family-friendly hotels in packages that include flights, accommodation, 23kg luggage and transfers.

Kevin Doyle, UK country manager for easyJet, said: “Putting millions more seats and package holidays on sale today for next winter means our customers across the UK can book early and enjoy great value to Europe’s most popular leisure destinations, including firm favourites such as Amsterdam, Paris, Alicante, Tenerife and Malaga.

“With hundreds of routes available from 22 UK airports, our short-haul network offers unrivalled choice for those planning their holidays for next year, to book with ease, and we can’t wait to welcome them on board.”

The airline is also set to give passengers up to two inches of additional legroom following new seat installations – but there’s a catch.

The carrier has placed an order with British manufacturer Mirus for its Kestrel seats, which will be fitted across 237 new aircraft starting in 2028.

Despite the distance between seat rows, known as the pitch, remaining unchanged, EasyJet confirmed the design will create more space. Mirus explained that the seats’ unique shape and reduced thickness allow for this improvement.

By positioning the occupant’s hips and spine further back, the design effectively generates extra legroom. The seats also have what is described as a “fixed recline” of 22 degrees. They cannot be manually reclined.
