Travelling with EasyJet has been made easier after the budget airline altered its travel advice. According to The Sun, the company has amended its website stating that passports only need three months before expiry when travelling abroad.
Since the UK left the EU, Brits have needed at least three months left on their passport in order to travel to Europe. However, some airlines have compiled their own rules, with EasyJet previously asking for longer.
The EasyJet rules previously stated that anyone travelling internationally with the airline needed a passport with at least six months of validity. However, this has now been changed in line with the government's guidance stating that passports must be "valid for at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date’)".
