EasyJet holidaymakers suffer 11-hour flight 'chaos' only to land back in UK

Holidaymakers looking forward to a Madeira getaway spent 11 hours on an EasyJet flight - only to end up back in the UK.

The plane left from Bristol on Monday heading to the Portuguese archipelago, which it then circled twice before touching down at another airport for fuel.

No passengers were allowed off the plane before it took off again and travelled all the way back to the UK, the Mirror reports.
