  • Airline passengers travelling to Europe are warned of potential delays exceeding two hours at border control due to the EU Entry-Exit System (EES) rollout, with aviation leaders calling for its suspension. Strikes are also expected at key Spanish airports.
  • Extensive engineering works will cause significant disruption across the UK rail network, including a six-day closure of the London Euston to Milton Keynes line from Good Friday, affecting multiple services.
  • UK roads are forecast to experience their busiest Easter since 2022, with peak congestion anticipated on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, particularly on major motorways like the M25, M5, and M40.
  • Ferry passengers departing from Dover are advised that Good Friday morning will be the busiest period for outbound traffic, with the Port recommending arrival no more than two hours before sailing.
