Former EastEnders actress Michelle Collins has revealed her 'worrying' dash to hospital.
The actress posted about her ordeal on Twitter. Michelle, who played iconic character Cindy Beale on the BBC soap, opened up to fans about her 'worrying' health ordeal as she thanked medical staff.
She wrote: "Thank you @nhs @RoyalFreeNHS for seeing me this morning at 9 am ,been a Worrying time but hopefully now all ok."
Actress Michelle added: "when it works the @NHSEngland is fantastic ! Don’t destroy it #Tories #savethenhs."
Michelle, who has also had roles in Coronation Street, Casualty and Doctor Who, didn't go into further detail about the ordeal but her post was soon met with well wishes from followers.
One wrote: "Wishing you the best Michelle" followed by a red heart emoji.
"Hope you’re ok Michelle," a third wrote followed by a rose emoji.
And another said: "Hope everything is good now. Hugs".
After the post, Michelle later revealed she had returned to work as she shared a photo of the view from her hotel room where she is filming her latest project.
As she posted the photo to her Twitter page, which showed a covered outdoor pool next to a glass conservatory, she penned: "Beautiful View from my hotel in north Devon today . #firstday #filming."
Last year, Michelle was rushed to the doctors after falling ill suddenly and told fans of her visit to a walk-in clinic.
As she shared a photo of the clinic, she wrote: "Thank you so much, under two hour wait and great staff, doctors, polite, well mannered.
"Thank god we still have these to put less pressure on A&E, had tests and went away with antibiotics."
When asked by a fan if she was ok following the dash, she replied: "Yes, thanks. I'll be fine now, so nice of you to ask."
The actress is currently working on a movie called Melodrive, in which she is playing Nora.
The film focuses on a musician who bumps into his high school sweetheart while on a road trip, which he embarked on after his marriage ended due to an emotional affair.
As Michelle teased the production, she re-shared a post from the production company M and M Film Productions, who revealed the stars who had joined them on set.
In the post, the production company wrote: "Hollywood actor Mark Arnold has finally joined us on the set of Melodrive.
Mark plays Micky the father of Ethan, our young lead portrayed by the brilliant @wake_matt Alongside Mark we had the pleasure of welcoming actress @chrissiewunna and her real life son Junior who play Sharon and Luke, Micky's new wife and son.
"The drama is building and so is the cast.
"We can’t wait to start filming with @michelledcollins tomorrow".
