EastEnders star Danny Dyer says ‘anything is possible’ amid rumoured return to soap

Former EastEnders star Danny Dyer has teased he could return to the BBC soap opera. His character, Mick Carter, was last on our screens on Christmas Day 2022

Mick’s departure from Albert Square was left somewhat open-ended. Over the festive season, the former Queen Vic landlord was last seen heading into the sea to rescue ex-wife Linda (Kellie Bright) after she was involved in a car crash with Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks).

Linda and Janine both resurfaced on the shore but Mick was nowhere to be seen. Following the dramatic scenes, fans have become convinced that it wouldn’t be the last time that they'd see him. Read more about that here.
