EastEnders' Kelsey Calladine-Smith has bid an emotional farewell to the BBC One soap.
Actress Kelsey - who played Jada Lennox in the show - has shared some snaps from behind the scenes on the set of the show as she prepares to say goodbye to her character. She joined the show last year, with her exit scenes expecting to air soon.
Giving fans a look backstage, she said she was so grateful for her experience on EastEnders and shared snaps with some of the soap's biggest stars. Jada's exit storyline has yet to be revealed but she is part of a huge cast shake-up exiting the show.
Sharing some snaps with her co-stars on set, she wrote: "My EastEnders experience has brought me nothing but smiles!!!"
In the photos, she can be seen pulling funny faces with James Bye, who plays Martin Fowler, whilst she also cosies up to Danny Dyer - who stars as Mick Carter and will also be exiting the soap this year - and Steve McFadden, who plays Phil Mitchell.
Other pictures see her hugging the welcome to EastEnders sign whilst she was also presented with flowers from her co-stars and the crew as she did one more walk around the BBC soap's set. She posed for snaps outside one of the houses as well as the Eastern Blossom Chinese takeaway van, complete with a matching delivery motorcyle.
It comes after sources confirmed Kelsey would be leaving alongside three other big names.
"Whenever a new boss comes in, there's always going to be big changes and it's no different with Chris," a source told Digital Spy.
"He's been working hard behind the scenes since January and is really planning to shake things up, which means saying goodbye to some characters. It's nothing personal to any of the cast going, it's simply a creative decision - for big storylines to happen you have to say goodbye to people, that's the nature of soap."
The insider added: "Chris has some really big stories planned and viewers will see his stuff starting to air over the summer. He's really keen to take the show back to its roots, build up the clans again with some big explosive long-running stories."
The news of her leaving was revealed by sources as happening alongside three other characters - Ricky Champ (Stuart Highway), Dayle Hudson (Peter Beale) and Barbara Smith (Dana Monroe) in a huge cast shake-up.
Some of their exits having already been broadcasted on the soap, but insiders insist it is just part of the change in showrunners as Chris Clenshaw joins the show, and he has been teasing some big storylines ahead.
