Shona McGarty looked unrecognisable from her troubled EastEnders character as she danced with pals at Notting Hill Carnival over the bank holiday weekend.
The soap star, who is best known for playing Whitney Dean on Albert Square, attended the celebrations in west London on Monday.
The 30-year-old actress was among thousands of people who turned up for the event, following a two-year hiatus during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Shona took to Instagram to post a series of snaps and videos as she spent the day with friends. The actress attended the third day of the carnival and opted for a very colourful outfit.
She wore a multicoloured sequin bra and orange flared leggings, completing her look with a blue bum bag and red sunglasses.
Shona wore her hair in two space buns, which she tied up with pink scrunchies. The soap star opted for a bright makeup look and drew a heart at the corner of her eye.
In one clip she shared on social media, Shona could be seen dancing as she overlooked the crowds on a busy street.
Commenting on the post, one fan said: "The girl has the moves."
Another person added: "Looking beautiful and breathtaking all rolled into one shona long may you continue to shine you really rock."
A third fan said: "Damm girl can move glad you've had a great time," while another wrote: "Shona you got the moves girl."
The outing comes after Shona recently appeared to confirm her romance with co-star Max Bowden, after the couple were surrounded by rumours for months.
Shona took to her Instagram earlier this month to share a series of snaps with the 27-year-old Ben Mitchell actor. It was the first time the pair had posed together in public since it was claimed they were a couple.
Among the pictures included the pair posing for a photo, with Max hooking his arm around Shona's shoulders as he held a cigarette while she cheekily stuck her tongue out.
Their relationship is alleged to have blossomed after Max split from his pregnant ex, Roisin Buckle, who is due to give birth any day now.
Max had been dating Roisin since May 2021 but only went public in October.
The former couple had announced in April they were expecting a baby boy just weeks after confirming they had split. The pair vowed to raise the tot together at the time.
