EastEnders airs the return of Ryan Malloy next week, seven years after his last appearance on the BBC soap.
The brother of Whitney Dean heads to Walford after finding out his daughter Lily Slater, aged 12, is pregnant.
What happens next is chaos, as all hell breaks loose leading to Ryan dropping a massive bombshell on everyone.
It all kicks off when after a chat with Whitney, Lily suddenly starts asking about her dad who she's never really seen.
Her mum Stacey blames Whitney for this and the two women row, leading to Whitney making a big decision - despite her promising to let Stacey tell him about Lily when she’s ready.
With pregnant Whitney going through her own turmoil as she waits for test results, after concerns for her unborn baby's health, she confides in Ryan about what she is going through.
But as her emotions get the better of her she reveals that Lily is pregnant - leading to Ryan showing up in Walford.
As a shocked Stacey hears him out in the café, not wanting him there, a sheepish Lily arrives to see her dad.
Lily enjoys quality time with Ryan who later offers to help them financially, following recent money issues.
Later in the week, Ryan heads to the hospital to support Lily at her first baby scan much to Stacey's fury.
But before the scan he stuns everyone when he drops a bombshell - but what has he revealed?
He and Stacey end up being asked to leave the room after a row erupts, and Lily is upset with Stacey for her behaviour towards Ryan.
Stacey reminds Lily that Martin is her dad, and the one who has always come through for her, but will she continue to get to know her biological father?
Ryan's return was announced last month, with actor Neil McDermott reprising his role for the first time since 2016.
Talking about his brief comeback, actor Neil said: "When I heard what the story was I was really pleased that the stars aligned and I was able to revisit Ryan and set foot back on the Square.
"It was so lovely to see so many old friends and to work with Shona and Lacey again, as well as to meet and work with Ryan’s daughter, played beautifully by Lillia."
EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
