EastEnders will pay tribute to Lola Pearce in emotional scenes as the residents of Albert Square prepare to say their final goodbyes to the beloved mum of Lexi and wife of Jay Brown.
In next week's episodes, Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) busies himself with preparations for Lola's (Danielle Harold) funeral before hitting out at Jay ( Jamie Borthwick ) and Honey Mitchell ( Emma Barton ) as he fumes over the way the Mitchell family treated his granddaughter over the years.
Jay struggles to handle his grief and turns to alcohol in The Vic for comfort while Honey finds a dejected Billy alone outside the funeral parlour.
