Spooked BBC viewers are predicting the channel might land in hot water with Ofcom over a grim scene on Friday night’s EastEnders.
While her family still haven’t ruled out her being alive after her disappearance at the end of 2020, the remains of Tina Carter’s dead body were spotted underneath the floorboards in the Argee Bahjee restaurant, with millions of viewers seeing her skeletal hand poking out of the fur coat she was in when Gray murdered her.
Albert Square killer Gray got rid of Tina on Boxing Day 2020 after she discovered he was responsible for wife Chantelle’s death.

At the time, Tina was the prime suspect for an attack on Ian Beale and her family, including devoted sister Shirley still think she is on the run.
However, EastEnders viewers were left in no doubt that Tina met her maker after Friday’s show, following a gas leak and explosion in the Argee.
But some people watching at home think that the soap’s bosses might have gone too far pre-watershed with the skeleton and that complaints will come flooding in.
One tweeted: “Eastenders risking it all before the watershed! The ofcom warriors are gonna have a field day”
In agreement another predicted the same outcome, reacting: “EastEnders is about to get @Ofcom'd to hell”
Other fans of the show have been left hoping that Tina's body being in the Argee Bhajee might finally lead to Gray being brought to justice for his murderous crimes.
