EastEnders fans reckon they have sussed out who Sharon Watts' new husband is and it's not Keanu.
This Christmas, the BBC soap is set to air some explosive scenes which will lead to the death of one male character.
And whilst show bosses are keeping rather tight lipped about the festive episode, we do know that a male character will die on Sharon's wedding day, writes The Mirror.
In the flash-forward scene, the six women - Denise (Diane Parish), Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), Linda (Kellie Bright), Sharon (Letitia Dean), Stacey (Lacey Turner) and Suki ( Balvinder Sopal ) - can all be seen standing over a body as Sharon announces that the man is dead.
It's not known who killed the mystery man or if his death was just an accident but it is set to happen on Sharon's wedding day.
Sharon's groom is also under wraps with many suspecting it could be Keanu, given that they are back together now and stronger than ever. Despite the drugs gang he has found himself caught up in after agreeing to move some gear for Ravi's boss, Sharon has stuck by Keanu and held a bedside vigil as he recovered in hospital.
Sharon was supported at the hospital by her ex-husband Phil Mitchell, who stuck by her side and even calmed her down during a tense chat with Keanu's mother Karen and his sister Bernie, warning her not to say anything about the drugs.
But following the scenes with Sharon and Phil, fans are convinced that she will remarry her ex-husband.
One penned: "AHHH PHIL BEING THERE FOR SHARON OH MY GOSH no matter how much I love sheanu I love them sm !!!!!! phil and Sharon will always have my heart."
Another wrote: "THE WAY SHARON LOOKED AT PHIL!"
A third shared: "Keanu is just a young Phil. He reminds Sharon of the Phil she fell in love with when they were younger. She’s still just chasing Phil and doesn’t realise it yet #EastEnders."
EastEnders boss Chris Clenshaw previously teased there were "twists and turns" ahead for Sharon and Keanu.
Speaking back in February of what's to come in the soap this year, he said: "Just as quickly as Sharon and Keanu reunited, she discovered that he and Sam have history too, leaving Sharon newly single. However, as we know, Sharon’s wearing a wedding dress at Christmas, so watch out for many twists, turns, and plenty of heartbreak along the way."
