East Lothian Love Island star Jay Younger slowly 'becoming favourite' as Casa Amor rages on

The Love Island drama is really heating up this week, as the girls head off to Casa Amor to find some new men, and the boys are visited by some new girls in the original villa.

Coupled-up boys Dami, Jacques and Andrew are all cracking on with the new girls, while East Lothian star Jay Younger was single when the girls arrived - but it doesn't look like he'll be single much longer. Jay is currently cracking on with Chyna, and fans are feeling the vibe between the two.

Jay and fishmonger Luca are the only two boys not getting any stick from the viewers, as Luca is staying loyal to his girl Gemma Owen. Jay is slowly becoming a favourite amongst fans, as he began as the show's villain while he necked on with Ekin-Su.

Oh how the tables have turned, right Jay? Fans flocked to social media on Monday night to discuss their thoughts on the latest episode.

One Twitter user wrote: "Ok but Jay and Chyna are slyly a buff couple #loveisland." Another said: "Ngl jay sounds genuine about chyna you don’t pretend to kiss someone in bed especially when you know you already got her, that’s attraction.

"He also pointed out her natural beauty compared to these veneer box face chicks #talkswithash #LoveIsland." A third said: "Jay realising all his hard work to get ekin and davide back together is gone #LoveIsland."

More comments read: "Jay is growing on me cause idk what all these other guys are thinking #LoveIsland." And another added: "At this point Chyna and Jay to win cos everyone else is pissing me off #LoveIsland."

Finally, one concluded: "Ok wait I would truly love it if jay & chyna became a power couple!! #LoveIsland."

So, will Jay and Chyna become the power couple of the 2022 Love Island series? Only time will tell.

Love Island resumes on Tuesday, July 5 at 9pm on ITV2. You can watch all the episodes on catch-up, on the ITV Hub.
