A major East Coast airport has advised passengers to confirm their flight information with the airline before heading to the airport. Charlotte Douglas International Airport, one of American Airlines' nine nationwide hubs, issued this advisory to manage passenger traffic efficiently.

Meanwhile, Miami International Airport, another key American Airlines hub, is experiencing disruptions in US Customs and Border Patrol operations. As a result, international passenger arrivals are currently undergoing manual processing, leading to delays in the clearance process.
