KOLKATA: Two brothers playing for the same team together is a rear phenomenon in world football. Come this season, a pair of siblings can play a key role in carrying the hopes of East Bengal FC.

The city club on Wednesday made it official the arrival of goalkeeper Prabhsukhan Singh Gill and his elder brother Gursimrat. While Kerala Blasters custodian Prabhsukhan has joined Carles Cuadrat's side on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee, Gursimrat, a defender, has shifted his base as a free player after playing for Mumbai City FC last season.
