Easdale brothers asked to help rescue Morton after Estrella withdraw funding offer

Billionare brothers Sandy and James Easdale have been asked to join a consortium piecing together a rescue package for troubled Morton.

The move comes after Dutch multi-club ownership group Estrella formally withdrew a three-year investment in the Championship side worth £600,000.
