Charlotte, North Carolina-based Truist Financial Corporation (TFC) is a financial services company that provides banking and trust services in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. With a market cap of $55.8 billion, the company operates through two segments, Consumer and Small Business Banking; and Wholesale Banking.
The financial company is set to unveil its second-quarter results before the markets open on Friday, July 18. Ahead of the event, analysts expect TFC to report a non-GAAP earnings of $0.93 per share, up 2.2% from the profit of $0.91 per share reported in the year-ago quarter. Additionally, the company has surpassed the Street’s bottom-line projections in each of the past four quarters.
