Early pay rises for thousands of hospitality staff

Thousands of low-paid workers will get their $40 a week wage increase months early, after a decision by one of Australia’s biggest employers.

Endeavour Group – which owns ALH Hotels and liquor chains Dan Murphy’s and BWS – said on Monday it would bring forward minimum wage increases imposed by the Fair Work Commission.
