Eamonn Holmes and wife Ruth Langsford have had to make a major change to their home following his back operation last year.
The former This Morning presenter was forced to undergo a back operation last October after suffering from chronic pain for 10 months and has only recently returned to work. The broadcaster previously shared that he had been getting steroid injections in his spine after surgeons decided against operating when a trapped sciatic nerve left him struggling to walk.
Following the operation, the 63-year-old has had to make adjustments to his home life and in a bid to aid his recovery an electric lift was installed in their house. Testing out the new piece of kit, fellow broadcaster Rylan had a shot on the machine leaving both Ruth and Eamonn in stitches.
