Eamonn Holmes has told how he 'fell down 18 stairs' after having surgery on his back.
The Northern Irish TV presenter was speaking as he returned to work on GB News this week.
The incident happened while he was recovering at home in Surrey following the back operation which had a '20% risk of going wrong'. He required surgery on his shoulder after the fall.

At the time, he described his experience as "a hellish few weeks".
While speaking on GB News as he received many well-wishes to welcome him back, Eamonn said: “Well basically, I can’t walk.
“Everything up here works, but you know, it’s the legs."
He added: "[The operation has] set me back and it made me fall downstairs. My leg gave way and I fell down 18 stairs."
His co-host Isabel Webster jokingly replied: "Shouldn't have been climbing the stairs though should you, at that point?"
The North Belfast man responded: "Well what am I supposed to do? How do I get to bed? So I fell down the spiral staircase. Smashed my right shoulder."
Isabel replied: "You had to have an operation on your shoulder."
Eamonn said: "Well the first thing you did was lean on my shoulder."
Isabel responded: "Oh sorry, I did, I did, I won't be doing that again - you'll be off for another four months. Sorry about that."
