Eamonn Holmes 'learning to walk' again after years of back pain and staircase fall

Eamonn Holmes has been inundated with support after a series of setbacks left him "learning to walk with purpose" following spinal surgery.

The TV presenter shared a shot of his physio session which showed him supported by a blue harness to aid his recovery and get back on his feet full time.

The 63-year-old said: "Learning to walk with purpose today. Gosh I'm trying to hard."
