Eamonn Holmes has confessed that an S Club 7 member helped him get back on his feet amid his battle with chronic pain.

GB News presenter Eamonn, 63, has been struggling from chronic pain, undergoing a variety of different treatments to help amid 'soul-destroying' pain for the last year.

He has been suffering from a dislocated pelvis and a trapped sciatic nerve, amongst other health concerns since 2021.
