A.J. Brown just completed his second season with the Eagles, and all the former Ole Miss star has done is rack up two All-Pro selections and set a franchise record for receptions by a receiver and the most receiving yards in two years (2,952).
That still hasn’t stopped some in the media from suggesting Brown could be traded this offseason, even going as far as to predict hypothetical deals.
Fritz proposes A.J. for Surtain:
1. The guy they brought in yesterday, [DB coach] Karl Scott, coached him for three years at Alabama.
2. Vic Fangio drafted him.
3. Eagles tried to trade for him, tried to block the Niners from getting him, so they have interest. https://t.co/7e6ODReF0d pic.twitter.com/GggqYUHIgh— SPORTSRADIO 94WIP (@SportsRadioWIP) January 30, 2024
During an appearance on Up & Adams, host Kay Adams asked Brown about the recent rumors and speculation, and the wide receiver addressed the situation with zen and leverage.
