Another former Tennessee Titans wide receiver is now calling Philadelphia home. The Philadelphia Eagles announced they have signed Julio Jones, who will be reunited with fellow former Titans WR A.J. Brown.
Jones, 34, joins the practice squad of the Eagles, who need help at wide receiver after placing Quez Watkins on injured reserve last weekend.
After seven Pro Bowl nods and two first-team All-Pro selections with the Atlanta Falcons, Jones was traded to the Titans in 2021 in the hopes he would form an elite duo with Brown and help put an ascending Titans team over the top.
But Jones had trouble staying healthy, missing seven games. He ultimately finished with 31 catches for 434 yards and one touchdown in what was no doubt a very disappointing tenure in Nashville.
Jones spent the entire 2022 campaign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and had even less success, reeling in 24 receptions for 299 yards and two scores in 10 games.

Jones is obviously at the end of his career, but it’s not like he needs to do much in Philly with Brown and DeVonta Smith in front of him on the depth chart. Plus, joining the Eagles gives him a chance to win his first Super Bowl.
