Rookie defensive tackle Moro Ojomo and rookie offensive guard Tyler Steen will dress for their second consecutive game to provide depth at their respective positions.
Undrafted rookie cornerback Mekhi Garner will make his NFL debut with Slay absent. Garner, along with Devon Allen, were elevated from the practice squad.
Allen will dress for the second time this season.

For the New York Jets, their secondary will be without Sauce Gardner and two other defensive backs, along with three other defenders.
S Sydney Brown:
The rookie safety will miss his third straight game with a hamstring injury.
DT Jalen Carter:
The front-runner for the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year will miss his first game with an ankle injury.
QB Tanner McKee (3rd QB):
McKee will serve as the emergency quarterback and can only play if both Jalen Hurts and Marcus Mariota get hurt.
TE Albert Okwuegbunam:
The talented tight end will not dress.
RB Rashaad Penny:
The running back has been dealing with an illness but was a full participant in practice this week.
CB Darius Slay:
The All-Pro cornerback will miss his first game with a knee injury.
DT Marlon Tuipulotu:
A triceps injury keeps the defensive tackle out for a second straight game.
