Allen spent all of last season and the first two weeks of this season on the practice squad.
A two-time U.S. Olympic hurdler, Allen logged a 73-yard kickoff return to open the team’s final preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Mann was signed to the practice squad following punter Arryn Siposs’ release.
The former sixth-round pick spent Training Camp and preseason with the Pittsburgh Steelers after playing his first three seasons with the New York Jets.
Mann averaged 45.4 yards per punt (39.4 net) over his first three seasons.
