Braden Mann and Tristin McCollum have been elevated from the practice squad for a second straight game.
Mann punted once for 38 yards in the win over Tampa Bay. McCollum will make his NFL debut to provide depth at safety and on special teams.
S Sydney Brown
Brown is inactive due to a hamstring injury.
S Justin Evans:
The starting safety will be inactive with an injury. He was questionable entering today with a neck injury.
QB Tanner McKee (3rd QB):
The rookie will serve as the team’s emergency quarterback and can only play if Jalen Hurts and Marcus Mariota get injured.
DT Moro Ojomo:
Ojomo will be inactive for a fourth consecutive game.
RB Rashaad Penny:
Penny will be inactive for the first time since Week 1.
OL Tyler Steen:
The third-round draft pick is the only offensive lineman inactive.
WR Quez Watkins:
The wideout will miss his second straight game due to a hamstring injury.
Brown and Watkins are both inactive with hamstring injuries. Brown suffered his injury in Week 3 against the Buccaneers and did not practice all week. Watkins suffered his injury in Week 2 and was a limited participant in practice this week.
