There's not much you can't get past soap fans and eagle-eyed Coronation Street viewers have proved that once again.
It was the most secret of soap pregnancies as Abi Franklin went into labour in the ITV show at six months pregnant - not knowing that she was even expecting.
During Sunday night's trip to cobbles, viewers saw the already mum-of-three was left doubled over in a pain at the side of the road after being left there by drug dealer Dean who had stolen one of Kevin Webster's cars from the garage.
As we returned to a distressed Abi on Monday night, we saw her desperately trying to flag down the limited passing cars, particularly after her waters broke on the spot.
A short time later, Abi safely arrived at the hospital and desperately called a nurse for help before telling them she didn't know she was pregnant having experienced none of the usual symptoms and that the last time she had sex was six months ago - confirming that Imran Habeeb is likely to be the father following their one-night stand last year.
Abi, who gave the hospital a false name, eventually gave birth to a baby boy who was rushed off into intensive care after needing help to breathe when he was first delivered.
But a short while later, before the nurse and a doctor came to speak to Abi, she had disappeared from her bed and reappeared on the cobbles where she was giving her marching orders from No.13 by Kevin's sister Debbie.
Abi, however, didn't listen and headed to Dev's shop to pick up more booze before she was seen taking a swig from a vodka bottle.
Meanwhile, back at the hospital, an appeal was being planned for Abi's whereabouts with a printout of a CCTV image of Abi in her red hoodie also being used to urger her, or anything who recognises her, to come forward.
But Corrie fans have noticed something that suggests the hospital already know who Abi is.
Sharing a close-up shot of scene that showed Abi's newborn son in an incubator, one fan urged others to look closely at the name tag.
@ZoeyWil54226866 said: "Did anyone else notice the baby's band on the incubator at the end said, Alfie Franklin!! Considering they don't know who the mum is? Franklin is Abi's maiden name??????"
Abi actress Sally Carman already confirmed that her baby will be named Alfie in a sweet nod to her character's late son Seb who was killed as part of a hate crime storyline last year.
"She calls him Alfie, after Seb's favourite teddy bear," Sally revealed to press before the scenes unfolded.
And fans couldn't help but also point out another coincidence.
@Wee_Westie28 tweeted: "Abi’s baby being born on Seb’s 21st birthday #Corrie #CoronationStreet @itvcorrie."
"I actually started crying when Abi begged for the baby to cry and he started crying too. And born on Seb’s birthday too #Corrie #CoronationStreet," @PrithaBardhan said.
