E-scooter riders ‘have higher risk of traumatic injuries than cyclists or motorbikers'

E-scooter riders face a higher risk of injuries to the brain and internal organs than cyclists or motorcyclists, analysis has suggested.

More than one in 10 e-scooter riders were children, who were also more likely to be injured, the study found.
