Dying man, 20, waited more than three hours for London ambulance that should have arrived in 18 minutes

A young man dying from a brain injury waited more than three hours for a London ambulance which should have arrived in around 18 minutes, an inquest heard.

Previously fit and healthy Connor Matthews, 20, passed away when a run-of-the-mill sinus infection invaded his brain.
