Welsh musician and actor Dyfrig Evans has died at the age of 43.
Evans was best known for his role as lead singer in the band Topper, which many call Dyfrig Topper.
He was also known for playing a part in Welsh TV channel S4C's shows Hinterland, Rownd a Rownd Talcen Caled and Darren Drws Nesa.
Details of his death have not yet been disclosed.
Many famous faces were quick to pay tribute to the star following the breaking of the news.
Super Furry Animals' vocalist Gruff Rhys called Evans' death "sad and shocking," while comedian Elis James called it "a huge loss".
James added: "So sad to hear of Dyfrig Evans. Topper were one of my favourite bands during a great period for music.
"I had the privilege of meeting him a couple of times, a talented, wonderful, beautiful man."
Elsewhere on Twitter, one user wrote: "Farewell to my old friend Dyfrig Evans.
"Dyfrig and I had many amazing times together. From touring in the late, to when I produced Topper and his solo album, and co-producing other projects together. Not to mention some wild nights out. So many great memories."
Another penned: "Went to many a Topper gig in the ‘90s. This is awful news. RIP Dyfrig."

And a third said: "Sorry to hear the news. 'Cwpan Mewn Dŵr' and 'Something To Tell Her' were Topper releases that got a lot of playings on my hi-fi back in late 90's & occasionally still do. I'm pretty sure Dyfrig played live on stage with The Serpents at The Eisteddfod nr Llanbedrgoch back in 8/99."
His band Topper was originally formed in 1992 called Paladr before they changed their name in 1996.
While the band split in 2001, Evans forged a solo career.
In his acting career, he played the role of Arwel Jones in Welsh speaking programme Rownd a Rownd.
He previously labelled the part as a "dream".
In 2002, he played Huw William in Talcen Caled, while also taking up the role of Eryl in Emyn Roc a Rol.
