Dancing with the Stars pro Laura Nolan and Matthew McNabb plan to celebrate their one-year anniversary with a loved up weekend away.
The professional dancer and the Belfast fitness model fell in love on last year’s Dancing with the Stars, reaching the semi-final.
They will celebrate their anniversary with a spa weekend away and then a holiday abroad in June. “We’re a year on now and very happy. I’m so in love,” Laura told the show’s host Jennifer Zamparelli on 2FM.

She also revealed the pair had not tried to keep their relationship under wraps during the show last year.
“It wasn’t a secret but we didn’t want to make a whole thing of it either. People tried to expose us a few times, and I handled it badly,” she joked. “I didn’t know what to say!
“Matthew loves to be there for me. He’s a great support. We went to America last year after the show and it was amazing. I’m kind of still having withdrawal symptoms. We won’t be going away until June as I’m starting my dance classes soon in Lucan, Dublin.”
Laura was paired in this year’s show with Cavan comedian Kevin McGahern but they were voted off on Sunday night. Laura and Kevin will now celebrate St Patrick’s Day in Cavan, driving down the main street in an old convertible.
She said: “We are the grand marshals at the Cavan parade. We will be galivanting through the town!”
The dancer refused, however, to predict a winner for next Sunday’s Dancing with the Stars final.
She said: “It’s very even this year. Technically Brooke is probably one of the best dancers, the way she comes out every week and puts herself into it.
“But there’s been weeks that others have been better than her. I’ve seen Suzanne come out and be great. So It could be anybody’s. There are no front runners this year.”
