New Everton signing Dwight McNeil has shared his delight at netting twice in his first outing for the club and has given an insight into what Frank Lampard wants him to bring to the team.
McNeil only finalised his transfer from Burnley on Thursday, but he was straight into the squad for the Toffees' friendly with Dynamo Kiev on Friday. The winger made an instant impression too, grabbing a brace as a second-half substitute.
The 22-year-old's first goal came at the end of a surging run, as he arrowed a left-footed shot into the bottom corner. McNeil then latched onto a pinpoint cross from fellow new acquisition Ruben Vinagre.
