Drivers could face a fine for not declaring a major health condition listed by the Driving, Vehicle, and Licencing Agency (DVLA). Drivers are required by the DVLA to declare certain health conditions if they drive a vehicle.
These conditions include poor eyesight, or any condition that could hinder your driving. Drivers who do not declare these health conditions could face their insurance being invalidated and a fine of £1,000.
Included in the list are those who have fits of febrile convulsions. Febrile convulsions are seizures which can happen when someone has a fever.
