Dutch legend Marco van Basten has suggested Erik ten Hag could have doubts over his expected move to Manchester United after seeing their defeat to Liverpool.
Ten Hag looks to be on the verge of becoming United’s new manager, with the Ajax boss thought to have verbally agreed a deal with the club. The MEN understands United are intending to have their new appointment confirmed before the end of the season.
The 52-year-old will have plenty on his plate when he arrives at Old Trafford. That was made abundantly clear once again at Anfield on Tuesday night.
