Dustin May is officially back.
We’ve featured the young Los Angeles Dodgers hurler’s pitches before, which is the right move because he throws triple digits … and those pitches sometimes have crazy movement in addition to being SO FAST.
This is exciting because he underwent Tommy John surgery in 2021 and returned last year. He wasn’t at his best, but that was to be expected.
In 2023? He’s already 1-0 in two starts with a 0.69 ERA (!) and nine Ks in 13 innings pitched.
And on Thursday, he threw a 100 MPH pitch that was a sinker that looked like it moved due to remote control or something:
