Durham Constabulary fined six people for Covid breaches on the same day Boris Johnson attended a boozy Downing Street party, it has been revealed.
The Prime Minister admitted attending the lockdown gathering on May 20, 2020, and on the same day, data disclosed under the Freedom of Information Act shows the force clamped down on breaches.
Police fined two people for "drinking alcohol" with six others while another two people were slapped with fines for attending a "large gathering" in an "abandoned building" with four other people.

Another two were fined having "breached Covid regulations numerous times, despite police warning", Teesside Live reports.
Mr Johnson has faced mounting calls to quit after he apologised for "mistakes" made when he attended the 'Bring Your Own Bottle' gathering.
A leaked email showed it had been organised as "socially distanced drinks in the No 10 garden" with around 100 staff invited.
The Conservative leader admitted attending what he "believed implicitly...was a work event" for around 25 minutes.
However pressure on the PM intensified on Tuesday after former top aide Dominic Cummings claimed he warned the PM about the event, before alleging Mr Johnson had misled MPs.
And while police have so far taken no action over any of the growing number of alleged Downing Street lockdown events, Durham Constabulary did act against those caught flouting the laws on that day.
Nationally, over 800 people were fined in that week of May 20, shortly after restrictions first started to be eased.
At the time, Brits could legally only mix with one person from another household outdoors - and not in private gardens.
Currently, top civil servant Sue Gray is investigating the gatherings. While some Tories have called for the Prime Minister to go, many have urged for that investigation to conclude before any decision over the PM's future is made.
When asked on Tuesday if he would quit should the investigation conclude he had misled MPs, Mr Johnson said: "Let's see what the report says."
