Dunnes Stores have announced a major policy change to help their customers in the lead up to Christmas.
The retail chain is extending their returns and exchange policy for items purchased both in-store or online. Any items bought from their fashion or homeware departments from October 15 can be exchanged or returned until January 11, 2023, as long as you have the original, standard receipt.
They have also urged anyone buying Christmas presents to ask for a gift receipt so the receiver has the option to exchange the present for a gift card of the same value.
