Authorities in Florida have reported a disturbing incident where a Dunkin Donuts employee was left with severe burns after an enraged customer threw hot coffee in her face. The altercation began when the customer was given an extra cup of coffee for free by an employee, which apparently triggered his anger.
According to police reports, the man became visibly upset and agitated after receiving the complimentary cup of coffee. In a fit of rage, he allegedly threw the scalding hot beverage directly at the employee's face, causing her skin to blister from the intense heat.
